## What is here
- Endpoint grades A-F from our own observations: availability, schema compliance, latency,
  age, activity, how organic the payer base looks, price and recipient stability.
- Scoring for payer wallets and an agent-likelihood estimate. No other public x402
  service offers this.
- A verdict before the payment is signed: the live envelope checked against what we
  have observed before.

API access is granted on request; limits are fixed at onboarding.

## How the data is collected
Base blocks are read in full. Payments are located by the transferWithAuthorization
selector at any depth of calldata, including calls wrapped in Multicall3. Solana is
collected from known facilitator addresses, so Solana figures are a lower bound.

## What the data does not cover
The batch-settlement scheme moves payments into off-chain vouchers: only the channel
opening and the batched claim appear on-chain. Individual payments there are invisible
to everyone, including us.

## Principle
We hold no one else's funds in any form. We sell data and signals only.
Every score is built from observations and can be disputed.
