Turn a medication name an agent actually holds - 'Doliprane 1000', 'Tylenol', 'paracetamol' - into the CIS code, product NDC or canonical active-substance identifier that /medication/resolve, /medication/interactions, /medication/generics and /medication/availability require. Sources: the French BDPM register and openFDA/RxNorm. Closed verdict: exact, ambiguous or none. One brand name covering several strengths and forms is the normal answer, and every candidate is returned - we never pick one for you.
Score
The score is built from observations we collect ourselves: how the endpoint responds, what the envelope contains, how stable the price and the recipient are, who pays and how often. It is deterministic — the same input always produces the same result.
