Before your agent buys a used vehicle: one VIN returns a decision - ok, review, stop, insufficient_coverage - over open recall campaigns (NHTSA, RappelConso), type-approval CO2 from the European Environment Agency, Crit'Air low-emission-zone class and what the French registration certificate would cost. Every reason names its block; the answer states what it cannot attest - service history, mileage, liens, accident damage.
Score
The score is built from observations we collect ourselves: how the endpoint responds, what the envelope contains, how stable the price and the recipient are, who pays and how often. It is deterministic — the same input always produces the same result.
