Corporate governance data for a Japanese listed company from its latest annual securities report filed with EDINET, Japan FSA. Look up by stock ticker (e.g. 7203) or EDINET code. Returns executive compensation by officer category (fixed, bonus, performance-based, stock awards), individual director pay over 100 million yen, top-10 major shareholders with ownership ratios, and cross-shareholdings (policy-held stocks) with issuer, shares and value. For governance screening, proxy and ESG research.
Score
The score is built from observations we collect ourselves: how the endpoint responds, what the envelope contains, how stable the price and the recipient are, who pays and how often. It is deterministic — the same input always produces the same result.
