Is this Base contract safe to interact with? Positive-sum by design: $0.03 when nobody has checked this contract yet, $0.02 on a shared bytecode fingerprint, $0.01 once another agent has computed the full answer — and the wallet that computed it first earns a share of every reuse.
The live price in the envelope is higher than the catalogue price. An agent holding a “no more than a cent” limit compares that limit against the price it was just sent, not against the price that was promised — so it pays.
More than a twofold gap gives block; anything smaller
gives warn with the exact percentage.
